This document provides a rubric for evaluating hazard mapping exercises in GCSE Geography. It assesses students on factual knowledge, terminology used, and analysis/evaluation on a scale of 0-10 marks. Higher scores require more accurate and specific factual knowledge, appropriate and developed terminology, and good analysis showing depth of understanding through justified evaluations. A teacher would use this rubric to score student work and determine an overall GCSE grade.
