Happiness is letting go of what you think your life is suppose to be and celebrating it for everything that it is.More than simply positive mood, happiness is a state of well-being that encompasses living a good life—that is, with a sense of meaning and deep satisfaction.All my life I have been chasing happiness. I thought money, women, popularity, friends or a career would bring me happiness. These things do bring simple gratification, but in the long term these things have not made me happy. Look at millionaires; they are some of the most depressed people in the world. Finding happiness seems so hard, but yet it is so easy.
