About Malaysia
With reefs and rainforest, mountains and minarets,
skyscrapers and sampans, Malaysia certainly lives up to its
slogan: “truly Asia.”
Supercharged capital, Kuala Lumpur, resembles a crystal
garden that has grown miraculously in the jungle. Indeed,
pockets of virgin rainforest still survive amongst the towering
skyscrapers, multi-story shopping malls & mono-rail tracks.
The Historic city of Melaka is a place where life runs slow
and where you can enjoy a stroll through the artsy stores of
China Town or along the riverside. It is good food combined
with a ton of history.
Away from the cities, Genting Highlands is a resort, hotel,
and theme park all rolled in one. It is constructed at an
elevation of about 5,700ft within the Titiwangsa mountains.
This region was heretofore pure unaccessed forest (the rain-
forests are still preserved despite this).

Recommendation
I think Malaysia is the one of the most underrated
destinations in South-East Asia. There’s an amazing
capital city, gorgeous landscapes, and pristine
islands. The food is delicious, the transportation is
comfortable, and I’ve found the locals to be
incredibly kind and hospitable. Moreover, If you want
to make the best of your trip to Malaysia and have
unique experiences, keep tabs on the local events
and festivals happening during your visit. This is one
of the best ways to travel like a local than a tourist.
And trust me, you will have a time of your life on
these occasions and will make your trip different
from other people’s trips.
