Hand-Washing
How to wash your hands properly
By: Nancy Hunt
Hand-Washing Techniques
• Use lukewarm water
• Tilt your hands forward so the water runs down
• Make sure to get under fingernails and knuckles
• Wash your hands at least 20 to 30 seconds
• Get your paper towels first to dry hands
• Then use the paper towels to turn off faucet, do not touch
  faucet after hands have been washed
• Dispose of paper towel.
