I find it impossible to believe that this was not an
order/ instruction that came down from 'Number
One' (JZ). It's insulting to all Saffers that they think
we are going to except the BS notion that two
middle managers, with very limited authority and
powers, took it upon themselves to authorize this
illegal landing at Waterkloof. Why would they risk
their jobs and potential prison time for the Guptas
if they hadn't been instructed to do so by higher
ups?

A cursory reading of the report highlights the
fact that the SA taxpayer subsidized the wedding
to the tune of millions of rands! The Gupta’s
must have called in a lot of favours. The report
makes no recommendations to recover the
monies spent on a private wedding.

Anderson's SANDF union representative stated on radio 702 this morning that
she was not interviewed by any of the investigators. I have just read the
report on the M&G website. Interesting. Despite terms of reference being to
interview the persons involved, the names of the persons interviewed are
stated and the name of Lt. Col. Anderson is conspicuous by it's absence. All
sources for statements are quoted, except Andersons. Despite never having
spoken to her she is quoted at length in the report (without any reference to
source) and is then condemned in the findings as having acted irregularly in
concert with our ambassador and the Indian High Commission - i.e. she has
been found responsible without even so much as an interview, in complete
contravention of the inquiry's own terms of reference. How's that for a lack of
due process? And she would have been the only one to shed any light on the
alleged pressure from "number one"
