The document provides guidelines for Tahsildars to regularize encroachments on government lands that were acquired under the POT Act. Tahsildars are to resume these objectionable lands, making them government property, then treat any encroachments on the lands as encroachments on government lands to be dealt with under relevant regularization orders. 1. Guidelines for regularisation of encroachments in objectionable Government
lands (POT lands)

• The Tahsildars shall resume the lands attracted by POT Act, first.
• On resumption, the status of the lands shall become Govt. land.
• The encroachments on the objectionable lands shall be treated as
encroachments on Govt. lands and can be dealt under G.O. Ms. No. 58 & 59 &
AP Assigned lands (POT) Act amended Act, 2007.
• Tahsildars to send proposals to Collector for conversion of category of land
from objectionable to un-objectionable which will effected in elandts website
by Collector.
• The proposals should be submitted by 27.03.2015.
• The Tahsildars shall process the requests of the encroachments in terms of
regularisation GOs once Collector effects the conversion in elandts website.
• Enquiry shall be completed in all such cases.
