Color Match Although every effort is made to ensure color matching width to width, there may be
variation dye batch to dye batch due to the inherent variability of the natural wool used
in the blend
Shading/Pile Reversal Cut-pile carpets, may show shading/pile reversal. This tendency is inherent in all cut pile
fabrics and is not deter mental to the wear of the carpet. It cannot be considered a
manufacturing defect. It should be noted and taken into consideration when selecting
colors that darker shades camouflage soiling more than lighter shades. It applies

25. Description
Full polyurethane (LESUTAN P) is the top choice for special sports field, which comprises base
layer of PU+EPDM. Synthetic surface has good kinematic performance, physical properties,
excellent flexibility, weather fastness and resistance to spiked shoes.
Sandwich System (LESUTAN S)is in the structure of natural granule surface laid for multiple layers,
and it is waterproof, highly elastic and designed in dynamic. The base layer is coated mechanically
once mixed with the PU adhesive and the special granule for track as highly flat. Once the surface
layer is scratched and filled, it is formed once sprayed with the granule. Its construction is attracted
with the process for both types of traditional and vent for track with their advantages. Suitable for
large stadiums and schools.
LESUTAN V(SPRAY COATING SYSTEM)
It is in coated granule structure as viewed from appearance, and it is highly water penetrative, vent
and wear-proof. The prime layer is coated mechanically once fully mixed with the PU adhesive and
the special granule for track as highly flat, while the surface layer is in crossed coating twice with the
special coating machine for track once mixed with the highly-strength PU a granule for the texture as
formed in special organization as highly wear-proof and endurable for friction. Once the track as
coated mechanically is formed, the material includes multiple holes without any holding of rainfall for
use immediately to improve its efficiency. It applies to large playground, while is more applicable to
school ground or the ground for those who will do sports with flats for a long time.
Pure PU (LESUTAN BP): It is in the surface of closed, anti-slipping and wear-proof as laid in PU
material with the special equipment for ball field, while the base layer is filled as highly elastic in
better buffer for sports, and the layer and painting for surface is featured in wear-proof, anti-slipping,
beautiful and endurable for use as suitable for any ball field.
Compound(LESUTAN BP2): It is in the surface of closed, anti-slipping and wear-proof as laid in the
special PU material for ball field. Within the base layer, the granule is filled in to improve its thickness
and elasticity in better buffer for sports, and the layer and painting for surface is featured in wear-
proof, anti- slipping, beautiful and endurable for use as suitable for the sports field in needs for
protection.
Space (LESUTAN BS): It is coated with the multiple layers of material. The base layer is coated with
the special coating machine for track once full mixed with the PU adhesive and the special granule
for track, while the filling layer is once filled and tested for water prior to coat the surface layer and
surface painting as suitable for the sports field in protection of bump and high elasticity.
EPDM(LESUTAN EPDM) It is in vent type on surface as coated with the special coating machine for
track once fully mixed with the EPDM colorful granule and PU adhesive. It is suitable for the sports
field in multi-use as featured in good leveling, ventilation, elasticity and rich colors
