Abstract
The introduction of GST in India has called many arguments
from various parties including academics, Professionals and the
nation leaders would become the taxpayers on how GST affect goods
prices-increase or decrease. The consumers are worrying of the
significant price increases on basic needs when the GST has fully
implemented. With the relatively high living costs, and There are
mixed response, not definitely about arguments and opinions among
the Manufactures, traders and Society about the Goods and Services
Tax As the Goods and Services Tax Bill was passed in the Rajya
Sabha, it also brought India at the centre of the global economy. How
the GST Bill brings a new wave of economic reform in the country.
The paper highlights the background and its Impact of Goods and
services Tax (GST) in India. Finally, the paper examines and draws
out a conclusion.
