Client: Barkley Brothers Real Estate
The Barkley Brothers LLC is a real estate agency.
They do businesses in the sales of houses, townhouses,
condominiums, lots, Office buildings, and office condominiums.
They hire real estate agents in multiple branch offices, each of
which is located at a different city.
They also use independent agents.
Agents work with sellers who are either private home owners
or bank representatives.
3. Client Goal
They need a database system to incorporate previous
business data and a multi-tiered web application for
future business.
The Barkley Brothers LLC is trying to expand its business.
Currently, they have their data in
spreadsheets and MS Office tables.
4. Objectives/Outline
Design and implement an Oracle Database for the Barkley Brothers LLC.
