Client: Barkley Brothers Real Estate
 The Barkley Brothers LLC is a real estate agency.
 They do businesses in the sales of houses, townhouses,
condominiums, lots, Office buildings, and office condominiums.
 They hire real estate agents in multiple branch offices, each of
which is located at a different city.
 They also use independent agents.
 Agents work with sellers who are either private home owners
or bank representatives.

3. Client Goal
 They need a database system to incorporate previous
business data and a multi-tiered web application for
future business.
 The Barkley Brothers LLC is trying to expand its business.
 Currently, they have their data in
spreadsheets and MS Office tables.

4. Objectives/Outline
 Design and implement an Oracle Database for the Barkley Brothers LLC.
