The Canadian Practice Process Framework outlines a 4 stage model for occupational therapists to follow during client care: 1) Occupational profile - gathering information on the client's history and priorities, 2) Analysis of occupational performance - identifying issues impacting the client's daily activities, 3) Intervention planning - creating a plan to improve the client's performance, 4) Intervention - implementing the plan and reassessing the client's progress.
