To file a grievance with EPFO, visit the EPFO portal grievance link and enter your UAN number and security code to access your details. Select the grievance category such as a passbook issue, fill in a description, and submit it. 3. Enter your UAN Number and fill the security code

4. Click on Get Details and then Get OTP

5. Fill your basic Information.

6. Click on PF Membership Code

7. Select Grievance Category

8. Category-Passbook Related Issue, Fill the
Description and Click on Add.
