While Faitech 143-195-275 films are thermo-laminated, the 2 white external thermo-adhesive layers will melt and bond to the surface of the substrates. Due to the higher melting point, the inner layer remains compact without pin-holes and assures the total black-out barrier. Additionally FAITECH 275 resists to sublimation print high temperature and provides a really good blooming barrier to the sublimation inks. It bonds with a large variety of materials: i.e. Fabrics, Nonwovens and Papers. While the film is heated, the thermoplastic adhesive layer starts to melt and bonds to the surface of textile fabrics and the top layer remains closed, improving the spreading of the light behind the laminated and printed advertising material in back-lit frames. The laminated structure will keep a good elasticity, needed for fixing in the frames.
