Students at the Grand Canyon School designed sympathy cards for citizens of Paris after the November 2015 attacks. An art teacher said they wanted to bring "a message of light and comfort" to France. She mailed about 100 cards to the U.S. Embassy in France, hoping other groups would show support in similar ways.
