Interstate Packaging: The account manager for Interstate
Packaging wasn’t able to access their account. We
completed a change of administrator letter and removed
an unauthorized administrator. We also updated their
Dynamic Small Business Search Registration so that they
can be found when procurement officers are looking for
them. Their SAM is now active and optimized and the
client is worry free.
Greg Ackerman: Mr. Ackerman bought-out a company
that had government contracts. The company wasn't
getting paid due to inconsistencies with multiple accounts
in SAM. We sorted out the registrations and combined
them into one account, resulting in Mr. Ackerman's new
company getting paid, and now receiving all payments
under one dedicated CAGE Code.
