are qualified for the $750,000 second phase grant. During the
third stage, businesses can apply for federal contracts.
Companies engaged in research and development with fewer

the startup phase of the Small Business Technology Transfer
(SBTT) program. During the starting phase, you can receive up to

annual grant.
