The only cases or charges that have been addressed here are those wherein either WARRANTS or SUSPENSION OF LICENSES were issued for Shawn (Howard) Gourley OR Justin Gourley. Warrants and license suspensions were mostly issued, according to the record, for “Fail(ure) to Appear”…. MULTIPLE times, over the past EIGHTEEN years.
Some of the worst “charges” include criminal charges of “CHECK DECEPTION” and “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL”…. AND there are screenshots in here of Justin and his new “service dog” (Dudley), WHILE he still had his “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL” charges pending. According to the most current records found, Shawn Gourley’s Driver’s License is STILL, as of this writing, SUSPENDED for a pending case due AGAIN to “Fail(ure) to appear and/or enroll…”
**This first case is from 1996, involving Shawn J Howard (Shawn Gourley’s maiden name), initial charges for expired license plates led to “BENCH WARRANT ORDERED ISSUED” and “LICENSE SUSPENDED” for “FAIL(ure) TO APPEAR”.

**This next case begins in 1999, also involving Shawn J Howard (later Gourley). Initial charges are “CRIMINAL” for “CHECK DECEPTION”. In this one “case” there are three separate “FAIL(ure) TO APPEAR” incidents and the court ends up issuing and continuing a “BENCH WARRANT” for Shawn. It appears that the “BENCH WARRANT SERVED” in January 2001 led to Shawn’s arrest, since it shows her being “IN CUSTODY”. Final result, “COURT…. FINDS DEFT (defendant) GUILTY” in 2001.

**Next case involves Justin Gourley from 2009. Initial charges for “seatbelt” violation led to “DRIVERS LICENSE SUSPENDED… FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR.” (License shows as “reinstated” December 2009.)
**The next cases to be shown involve CRIMINAL charges for BOTH Shawn and Justin Gourley from 2010 for “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL”. Each of them appear to have THREE separate counts. At least two separate BENCH WARRANTS, in just this one case, were issued for Shawn AND Justin for “FAIL(ure) TO APPEAR”. As you follow the case notes, it appears that the Charges are eventually, in 2012, dropped on Shawn, and taken up by Justin. It appears Justin still had pending charges on this until they were “deferred” since he was a “first time offender” and he had completed their “PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION” program by JULY 2013. ALSO OF SIGNIFICANT CONCERN in regard to these charges… HOW did Justin get a NEW dog (Dudley) in September 2012 AND get APPROVED for “SERVICE dog training” in NOVEMBER 2012, when, the record shows, he STILL HAD PENDING “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL” CHARGES till JULY 2013??? **HERE is the screenshot of Shawn talking about getting the new dog “Dudley Doright” on SEPTEMBER 29, 2012…. AND THEN the screenshot of Justin “training” that same dog in NOVEMBER 2012…. While Justin STILL, according to records, had “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL” charges PENDING.

**PLEASE NOTE: The individuals running the service dog training organization were contacted and assured us that they DO have some kind of “screening” in their application process to make sure that anyone with this kind of “CRUELTY TO AN ANIMAL” charges pending WOULD NOT be, or have been, allowed in their program… so, HOW did Justin get into this program with a “new” dog??
**This next case starts in 2007 for Shawn Gourley, as a “small claims court” case. Remember, at the beginning of this document, it was stated that the only cases/charges that would be addressed here, were those that led to “WARRANTS” and “LICENSE SUSPENSIONS”… This one is no different. This small claims case went on for, according to the record, nearly SEVEN YEARS, and

involved the court mentioning “ARREST WARRANT” twice, along with “CONTEMPT” and “FAIL(ure) TO APPEAR”, for Shawn Gourley. The case appears to now be closed, but only since APRIL 2014 (just this year).

**This next charge/case starts in 2012, and involves initial charges for driving on a SUSPENDED LICENSE (“DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED”) for Shawn Gourley. Involves yet another “FAIL(ure) TO APPEAR” and further SUSPENSION OF LICENSE. As it appears, according to the information in this file, SHAWN STILL HAS A SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE RIGHT NOW (November 2014), due to yet ANOTHER “FAILS TO APPEAR AND/OR ENROLL…”

**This last case starts with initial charges for Justin Gourley for a “seatbelt” violation in 2013, and winds up in a “SUSPENDED LICENSE” for “FAILS TO APPEAR”. It appears that Justin’s license was formally suspended for approximately four months, and reinstated in JANUARY 2014, just this year.
