HOW DO WE ACHIEVE
SUCCESSFUL WATER STATIONS?
• Raising awareness to the end users
• Educating local entrepreneurs
• Training the Gongali Model employees
EDUCATION
• Opportunity to create more effective water stations
• Stronger network, improved feedback channels, increased
cash flows & greater reach into the community
• Frequent and often:
• Education about nanotechnology
• Training on sales and administration
AWARENESS
• Opportunity to position the company as a leader in the
mind of the users
• Increases the pool of potential local entrepreneurs to
choose from & reduces customer acquisition cost
• Rural marketing:
• Mobile van
• Bait-and-catch model
TRAINING
• Opportunity to foster the brand reputation
• All employees must have proper direction in order to
achieve the correct goals
• For supervisors to learn:
