What if...different visions of the future human, and factors impacting the future evolution of humanity—short/medium to distant future—come true? What different scenarios result for our human, societal, planetary, and cosmic futures from each view? What kind of society and world will we create if each scenario comes true? Views of the future human will go beyond just technological (Kurzweil or body augmentation) to human-robotic relations, space exploration, earth preservation, consciousness views, and combinations.

What is it about the human brain that makes us smarter than other animals.pdfRazaAliKhan10
The human brain is one of the most vital organs in our bodies. Humans grew smarter than other animals as a result of this brain. It is critical to understand the answer to this question, what is it about the human brain that makes us smarter than other animals? The human heart is one of the most vital organs in the body, as it is responsible for keeping us alive. It’s a four-chambered muscular organ. The heart is approximately the size of a clenched hand. The human heart is one of the most powerful and hardest-working muscles in the body, and it functions throughout a person’s life.

However, this is only a small part of a more complex picture. In a study published in Nature Neuroscience, using evidence from different species and multiple neuroscientific disciplines, we show that there isn’t just one type of information processing in the brain. How information is processed also differs between humans and other primates, which may explain why our species’ cognitive abilities are so superior.
We borrowed concepts from what’s known as the mathematical framework of information theory – the study of measuring, storing and communicating digital information which is crucial to technology such as the internet and artificial intelligence – to track how the brain processes information. We found that different brain regions in fact use different strategies to interact with each other.
Some brain regions exchange information with others in a very stereotypical way, using input and output. This ensures that signals get across in a reproducible and dependable manner. This is the case for areas that are specialised for sensory and motor functions (such as processing sound, visual and movement information).
Take the eyes, for example, which send signals to the back of the brain for processing. The majority of information that is sent is duplicate, being provided by each eye. Half of this information, in other words, is not needed. So we call this type of input-output information processing “redundant”.
But the redundancy provides robustness and reliability – it is what enables us to still see with only one eye. This capability is essential for survival. In fact, it is so crucial that the connections between these brain regions are anatomically hard-wired in the brain, a bit like a telephone landline.
However, not all information provided by the eyes is redundant. Combining informa
In her article, "Decoding Consciousness", which first appeared in the souvenir of Dr. Parnekar Life Management Foundation, Singapore, Dr. Sharda Bapat explores and expounds her thoughts about machine learning and "artificial consciousness. She envisions hope that the collective intelligence can be directed towards harmony and synchronized development of human intellect, physical and psychological realities. But cautious, that the challenge is to create appropriate technologies that will restore natural equilibrium.
Transhumanism is the belief or theory that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations by means of science and technology. The more we explored this subject, the more we got fascinated to see how people are riding on the current era technologies to surpass the capabilities of human body. If the current explorations in transhumanism are anything to go by, then, we believe the future will be very exciting!
In this report we explore the various technologies, people involved and the advancements made in the field of Transhumanism. We would love to hear your feedback, comments and suggestions. Please mail us at ice@humanfactors.com

This article aims to present the great revolution represented by the human singularity that may occur in the future. What is Singularity? It is the characteristic of what is unique: infrequent, out of the ordinary or extraordinary. Singularity is a term that refers to something or someone who has a unique characteristic. The idea of uniqueness can be used to present physical characteristics and behaviors of human beings that are distinguished from what is considered standard. Human singularity refers to the use of science and technology to create a new category of more evolved human beings. Human uniqueness means making human beings defy the limits imposed by nature. This is the idea of transhumanism, a theory that believes that the use of science and technology can help to create a new category of evolved human beings even with the conquest of immortality. In the same way that technological singularity can arise with artificial superintelligence, so can human singularity with the formation of supermen.

Psychology is one of the parent elements of artificial
intelligence or we can also say that it is the main source for
artificial intelligence. In this paper we are discussing about the
theories of psychology used in AI. Since psychology is the study
of human brain and its nature and AI is the branch which deals
with the intelligence in machine, so for understanding the
intelligence of a machine we have to compare with human
intelligence because AI means the intelligence shown by a
machine like a human being.

Global Consciousness Project
1. Global Consciousness Project
The behavior of our network of random
sources is correlated with interconnected human consciousness on a global scale.
When human consciousness becomes coherent, the behavior of random systems may change.
Random number generators (RNGs) based on quantum tunneling produce completely unpredictable
sequences of zeroes and ones. But when a great event synchronizes the feelings of millions of
people, our network of RNGs becomes subtly structured. We calculate one in a trillion odds that the
effect is due to chance. The evidence suggests an emerging noosphere or the unifying field of
consciousness described by sages in all cultures.
The Global Consciousness Project is an international, multidisciplinary collaboration of scientists and
engineers. We collect data continuously from a global network of physical random number
generators located in up to 70 host sites around the world at any given time. The data are
transmitted to a central archive which now contains more than 15 years of random data in parallel
sequences of synchronized 200-bit trials generated every second.
Our purpose is to examine subtle correlations that may reflect the presence and activity of
consciousness in the world. We hypothesize that there will be structure in what should be random
data, associated with major global events that engage our minds and hearts.
Subtle but real effects of consciousness are important scientifically, but their real power is more
immediate. They encourage us to make essential, healthy changes in the great systems that
dominate our world. Large scale group consciousness has effects in the physical world. Knowing
this, we can intentionally work toward a brighter, more conscious future.
