China has opened a new tourist attraction - a glass skywalk suspended 4,700 feet above sea level on the cliff face of Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province. The 200-foot long glass bridge allows tourists to walk across and take in panoramic views of the area through 2.5 inches of reinforced glass. For safety, tourists must wear shoe covers to keep the glass surface clean. The skywalk offers breathtaking vistas but requires brave visitors willing to walk suspended over the cliff edge.
