a punctual and knowledgeable employee willingtogobeyondthe jobdescription.Withhere energyand
enthusiasmforlearning,she quicklylearnedthe LC-MSproductand compliance final testmethods. She
isalso verycapable toread processliterature andfollowthe processexactly. Gabrielawasinstrumental
inrewritingthe Acceptance TestProcedure forthe LC-MSproduct justafterlaunchto ensure test
methodswere simple,accurate,andattainable forrepeatability. She workedwithveryminimal
supervisionandonlyaskedforthe scope of projectsso she couldthendrive the endresult.Gabriela
extendedherknowledge ontothe LC Pumpprocessand procedures,helpingoutwhenextratesttime

It shouldbe notedthatwhena problemarose,Gabrielahadone ortwo possible solutions,always
keepingthe customerinmind,andensuringthe projectshipdate wasnotjeopardized.She workedwell
withotherconstituentleadersinthe organizationandwasatrustedsource for input.
As I gotto knowGabrielathroughthe almosttwoyears we workedtogether,Ifoundhertobe highly
educatedasone couldtell byspeakingtoherbut as detailedonherresume. FromherMaster’sDegree
inChemical Engineeringtoherthurstas a lifelonglearnerinsubjectslike UHPLCandthe fieldof Quality,
Gabrielaisconstantlytryingtoimprove herself,whichisatraitI admire and showsagain,inherwork
ethic.She isalsothe motherof twoboys,whichas mostof us know,isdifficulttobalance withworkbut
Gabrielamanagedsuccessfullytoblendworkandhome life.Ineverdidsee anyinterference andwas
