What is gestational diabetes?
A condition when a woman, previously without
diabetes, develops high blood sugar levels and
insulin resistance during pregnancy

- Fruit juice
- Saturated and trans fats
- Lard, shortening, butter
- Less than 6 tsp of oils per day
- Artificial sweeteners
