SUMMARY
I w ould like to obtain position where database and software knowledge and management skillset
can be f ully utilized. I have more than 6 years’ experience working in databases and 10 years of
management experience. I am currently Sundance’s software systems and crystal administrator
and Junior Database administrator. I have helped improve processes and business designs using
analytic skills to identify needs in the business and taking initiative to develop these applications.
These have saved Sundance Vacations hundreds of thousands of dollars in labor while still
maintaining sales growth.

sof tware and crystal reports engine.
 I do enquiries, gather business requirements, construct both technical and non-technical
documentations for software projects, and set priorities and assign projects/issues.
 Optimize Database tables and queries.
 Create and maintain Tables, functions, procedures, triggers, views and user’s privileges.
Pr ojects:
 SAP Crystal reports: I Implemented and structured the development of reports, established
security, developed all complicated queries and set all roles.
 Incentive program: Designed, developed, and implemented in house incentive program in
C#.net w ith a MYSQL back end that tracks incentive points where they can use to buy items
f rom a third party vendor based on the amount of points an employee has. This tracked
history, management points distributed, points used by employees.
 Campaigns: Designed, documented new web software to be able to handle multiply types of
campaigns running across multiple departments for collections, new client services, client
retention departments.
 Analytic Marketing: I discover a business need for how and how often we market clients, then
I designed a set of reports to show buying trends based geographic, demographics in
conjunction with time of year and marketing offers. After a year of using trending; 20% of
marketing staff was shifted to the booking department because less hours were needed.
Sundance had a 10% increase of client’s shows and 7% increase in sales.
