1) Geese fly in a V formation to increase efficiency and make migration easier. By flying in synchrony and taking turns at the front, they reduce wind resistance and energy use for the whole flock.
2) When a goose falls out of formation due to injury or fatigue, other geese will stay with it until it can fly again or joins another flock. This shows the importance of unity and support, especially during difficulties.
3) By working together through teamwork and sharing leadership, burdens and talents, geese achieve their goals more easily. This teaches us that cooperation and helping one another leads to better outcomes.
HOW THE FLIGHT OF GEESE INSPIRES EMPLOYEES TEAMWORK AT THE WORKPLACE .pptAbraham Ncunge
The team work at the workplace is like the flight of geese. Teamwork keeps employees going from one activity to the other. When low in spirit we get encouraged and keeps on moving. when sick at the workplace they come to wish us quick recovery just like geese do
2. During the next season,
When you see the geese migrating,
going to warmer places to spend the winter
Watch them fly in “V” formation
Perhaps you are interested
in knowing why they do so...
4. ... The entire group increases
in 71% the range of the flight
compared to one bird flying alone.
5. Lesson 1:
Sharing the same direction
and bound of the group
Allows them to arrive faster
and easier to the destiny
By helping each other
the results are better
9. Lesson 2:
By keeping united and in synchrony
close to those who guide us
to the same direction,
the effort will be lesser.
It will be easier and more pleasant
to reach the goals.
We will be more willing
To accept and offer help.
11. ... It moves to the end of formation
while another takes over the leading place
12. Lesson 3:
Share the leadership
and respect each other
at all times
Split the problems
and the most difficult tasks
Blend skills
and capabilities
Combine gifts, talents,
and resources.
13. The geese when in formation
honk the flight all along...
It’s to encourage
and transmit confidence
To the front flyers ahead
for they shall remain
in the same speed.
14. Lesson 4:
When there are
encouragement and support
The progress is larger
and more visible.
A nice word of support
at the right moment
helps, push forward,
and brings the best of benefits.
17. Others leave the formation
and follow through
to help and protect it
They stand by until its death
or, if recovered,
capable to fly again
Then they will catch up
with the group or will join
another formation
18. Lesson 5:
Be united and close
to one another
despite all the differences,
in bad or tough moments
Be friendly and supportive
even during work hours
to strengthen
the best of each flyer.
19. If we stand by each other
united and supportive
if the teamwork evolves
and we stick strong together
and willing to face all troubles
if we understand how
friendship is precious and critical
and we are willing to share
Then life will be simpler, easier
and the flight delightful!
