Join us for a fun- lled morning on the water. MN Surf Co and Green instructor and Green Body fitness pros
Body have come together to offer a fun and exciting full body workout. with focus on core strengthening
and balance.
The work shop will take place on beautiful lake Calhoun. We will meet + Yoga and balance techniques.
at the north beach in the morning. MN Surf Co will be providing all the + Relay race and games
stand up paddle boarding equipment and instructors. Green Body will + Light stretching on beach
bring their expertise and lead the group through a full body workout
with focus on building core strength and balance.
