The Cayman Island’s first LEED certified hotel,
Seafire’s commitment to “Caymankind” extends
well beyond the resort itself. All property
lighting is turtle friendly allowing the island’s
primary ambassadors and their hatchlings to
return safely to the sea. Giant cisterns collect
and re-use rainwater and an enormous solar
array generates electricity throughout the
property.
In support of the island’s thriving cultural
community, The decor features works from
local artists and artisans as well as photos
obtained from the Cayman Island’s National
Archive. And because we “give a woof” every
book in our extensive Lobby Library was
purchased from the Cayman Island’s Human
Society with proceeds benefiting homeless cats
