A 55-year old man presented with multiple periodontal abscesses and mobile teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. He underwent immediate extraction and implant placement. Implants were placed in both the upper and lower jaws. A metal ceramic bridge with pink porcelain was used to mimic the gum color. The patient was happy with the results and able to smile with his new dental work.
