3. ABSTRACT
This study was designed to determine the “Adherence to The
Department Constitution by Criminology Students in Nueva Ecija
University of Science and Technology”. The study was conducted
during the school year 2023-2024 the data will be collected from
40 criminology students from the College of Criminology. The
respondents were selected from 13 first year,10 second year,12
third year and 5 fourth-year students of Nueva Ecija University
of Science and Technology who was recorded to repeatedly
violates the rules written in the constitution. The researchers
used descriptive research design. The Questionnaire Checklist
was the main research instrument used in data gathering,
supported by related studies. Findings revealed that Adherence
to The Department Constitution by Criminology Students in Nueva
Ecija University of Science and Technology. According to the
Personal Factors Affecting the Students Towards the Adherence to
the Department's Constitution focus on the Disciplined students
take the department constitution in terms of personal aspect as
their lead in molding their character with verbal interpretation
of strongly agree, and according to the researcher the findings
also revealed that the implies that a disciplined student will
be disciplined even with or without the rules because they have
this mindset that rules are need to mold their characters, and
in terms of social aspect Good parental guidance influences the
student to have good moral and right conduct even in school,
with the highest verbal interpretation of strongly agree, and
according to the researcher the findings also revealed that This
statement implies that good parental guidance at home helps the
student in building good moral that he can bring in school.
Based on the conclusion of this study, the purpose of this study
was to identify the Adherence to The Department Constitution by
Criminology Students in Nueva Ecija University of Science and
Technology, in terms of SOCIAL, PERSONAL, Year level, in
implementation of discipline in department and to determine the
highest scale in relation to the discipline in department and
the rules and regulation.

to the department constitution by Criminology students in Nueva
Ecija University of Science and Technology” would not have been
