Morning Tea for the FRC Volunteers
who are on duty in the Library
Tuesday 19 July 2022
At the AGM in June the Board recognised
the time these members have given to help
other members with their research with
Service Awards (for at least 10 years
volunteering as Team Leaders or Volunteers).
At the Morning Tea Julian, the Manager,
read out the citations and presented the
Awards.
The Mode of the Day was 'Masks On'
Frances Lankow, Betty Rush, Marion Towers (peeping at the back) JulieLindenberg,
Susan Dunn, Ruth Kerr (Certificate of Appreciation), Robyn Williams, Anne Brady,
Nancy Buckman, Julian Pinfold (NZSG Manager) Dorothy Walker and Elaine Bell.
Robyn Williams' Service Award was presented for the years she has served on the
Council /Board.
From the Left:
Our Congratulations to the Volunteers and
thanks for all they do in responding to
members' requests for information,
answering research queries, lending books
from the library to members who live too
far away to come the Library.
They show members, who come in to the FRC, how to
find information on their ancestors, using the
Internet or the vast collection of books, microfiche
and CD Roms.
All the Volunteers look forward to hearing from you
