While away or in important meetings, calls can be forwarded to a secretary to avoid distraction. The secretary can take messages and then forward calls back to resume normal communication. Users log into their account on a computer or supported mobile phone and select call forwarding rules to forward all calls to the secretary's number temporarily.

1. Forward calls to avoid distraction
While in meeting, conference, doctors or
surgeon who are in operation theatre, or
simply do not want to be disturb while on
important duty or away on holiday
Login from a computer is preferred
Login from some mobile phone types may not be possible

4. Forward call
1. Ask your secretary to forward all you calls to
her in order for her to take down messages
while you are busy
2. Secretary reminded to forward all calls back
to you to resume normal communications

5. Click “User profile”

6. Select “Editor mode”

7. Select Answering rules

8. Step 1: click <Any> button
Step 2: click the first <New> icon
Step 3: Type in secretary’s phone number
