Good evening everyone! Welcome to ZEN VILLA Resort here at TATALA, BINANGONAN,
RIZAL! Welcome to a night of pastel colors in celebration of a wonderful life for a girl who
is now turning into a fine lady. All of you who are here tonight have watched her grow
over the years into the wonderful person she is now.
At this moment, the debutant would like to take this opportunity to thank all the important
individuals on her life. She would like to express her deep gratitude on these people who
play a great role in raising her and for being a friend who are always there to support her
and share the joy and success as she journey to become a fine lady. As a jumpstart, let us
all welcome and acknowledge the ever supportive and loving family of our debutant:

Tonight is a celebration of adulthood and a thanksgiving of the life God has given to our
lovely celebrant. Let us put our hands together, as we welcome the main highlight of this
celebration, and as she stepped into a higher level of life, ladies and gentlemen, our
debutant,
GRAND ENTRANCE OF DEBUTANT
Wow, blooming and lovely, indeed! Saan nga ba siya nagmana? Kay Mommy ba? Or
kay Lola? Evidently, before tonight, Iya has had happy years in a very happy home. The
love of a family will always be God’s greatest blessing. Sabi nga nila, in life we can have
several friends, classmates, and social circles, but there is only one family who is always
willing and ready to welcome us no matter what. Ladies and gentlemen, to answer the
question kung saan nga ba nagmana si Iya, here’s Mommy Michelle to welcome all of us
to their lovely daughter’s 18th
birthday party.

Who is Iya in the real sense of word? Of course aside from being a kind and responsible
daughter, friend or classmate maybe, there are things that some people know but not

To spiritually open the program, may I ask everybody to please stand for the Lord’s

And to continue with the program, to represent Iya’s Circle of Important People of her
Life, let us welcome the following persons who will share their wishes and offer Candles of
Enlightenment which symbolizes friendship. Of course these people will be the ones who
will give her advices and kind words along the way on how to become a perfect woman.
They then each light a candle that symbolizes light—light that will guide Bianca on her life
journey. Once all 18 candles have been lit, please stay beside the debutant.
“18 candles will be lit up by 18 of the debutant’s closest friends and relatives. Every
candle symbolizes a year of her existence. Each one will be a visible reminder of Francis’
triumph over challenges in life… serves as eternal lamp that brings her optimistic view of
the world she’s about to enter and a guiding light that gives her a sense of direction.”

3. DANCE PRESENTATION
At this point, let’s just relax as we watch the dance presentation of Namie Roque and
Kate Leslie Viliran! Let’s give them a big round of applause!
18 ROSES
They say that being 18 means you are now legally permitted to do things that an adult
can do. It gives you the freedom and the ticket to try new adventures and learn new
things. The same way being 18 means you have now come to an age where you are
expected to perform duties and be responsible to your actions and do decisions that will
make you a better person.
Like a flower that blooms and exudes its sweet scents to attract bees and butterflies, the
debutant will be swarmed on by 18 equally gentle bachelors and with the brothers. Let us
invite them to come into the center-stage.
Circle of 18 gentle bachelors who will offer to her roses that symbolize love. Love, which
Iya has for her family and all the people in her life. Each bachelor after giving Iya a rose
will dance with her for about 1 or two minutes with the background music.. So without
further ado, let us continue the celebration of this important night by having her first
dance as she enters a new world of coming to an age… let us start with…

18th birthday marks the end of teenage and the beginning of adulthood. It is a very
special day in every one's life because on this a person cherishes the old moments filled
with love, care and shelter but now the person is moving towards adulthood where she
will be loaded with responsibilities and independence of thought and expression. As the
debutante receives her 18 roses let it be a reminder that like the rose life is beautiful,
however, there are thorns that signify that life isn’t that easy for there are problems to be
faced. It is up to her how she will handle these hurdles with the support of her family and
friends.

Sorry for the intrusion in the continuous flow of our celebration but I would like to

about tonight’s fine lady. The mechanics is just simple. I will read the trivia and if you know

Grabeh ang bukingan ngayong gabi! Nag enjoy ba tayong lahat? Seems like our
gorgeous debutant really enjoyed tonight. From the shared memories to a game trivia,
Iya has shared a part of her growing years with all of us. At sabi nga ni Willam Cather?
“Where there is great love, there are always wishes.” Because birthdays are always new
beginnings, new endeavors with new set of goals, sending birthday messages and wishes
is a tradition especially in our country, where we give high value to family ties and
relationship. Tonight, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you these 18 treasure for our
debutant. These are the people close to the heart of our celebrant, and whom she listens
and confides to for inspiring words and friendly advices.
As the debutante celebrates the beginning of womanhood, she will need tools that help
her in the future, encourage her in the present, or give her something fond to look back
on. These 18 Treasures, friends or family members are tasked to give the debutante
special gifts or “tokens”, and explain how they will become inspirations for her. These
“treasures” represent the friendship between the giver and the debutante, because they
indicate how well they know each other.
The 18 treasure gifts signify the 18 person that she will treasure and these gifts will be her
inspiration and armor in her journey towards fulfilling her dreams.

Our lovely and stunning Iya will blow the candles on her birthday cake. And to complete
that customary practice, let us all sing joyfully a song I am very sure everybody is familiar
with, the happy birthday song! Let sing altogether.
"Happy Birthday Iya! Let us give 18 claps for Iya. Thank you very much. You can now
blow your 18 candles and make a wish. It is now time to cut the cake. As Jam has
reached the age of maturity, she will now cut the cake and give a portion to her parents
as a symbol of her love and gratefulness to them."
Tonight’s celebration tells me that the best demonstration of gratitude in response to a
wonderful experience like this one can be contained in an overwhelming thank you.
Maraming salamat po for making me a part of this memorable occasion. And if there’s
one person here tonight who is more than grateful to see all of you that would be our
beloved celebrant, Bianca. I’m giving the floor to our dear debutant to give her message

CLOSING REMARKS
The night is young, and so are we, diba? Are you ready to party? We have just actually
started. Again, thank you for having me here to celebrate with all of you. Isang malakas
na “Happy birthday, Iya! naman diyan. At the count of three…1, 2, 3, HAPPY BIRTHDAY,
IYA! Our debutant is not just a pretty face but also a very talented lady. To get the party
started, throw your hands up in the air for IYA.

have made this momentous night a success. For those who are going home, may God
