This document provides instructions for an introductory acrylic painting assignment where students will paint a picture of fruit, flowers or vegetables with a border using flat, mixed and blended colors. Students are directed to find a reference image online, insert it into a Word document along with their name, save and email the file to their instructor to complete the assignment.

10. 1. Find a clear picture of a flower or fruit or vegetable on the internet
2. Right click and copy the image
3. Create a word document
4. Paste the image in the word document, scale it to fill most of the page.
5. Type your name on the page
6. Save the Word document
7. E-mail the document to klangmaack@cvc.org
8. Verify that your e-mail has been sent
