1. Flag is properly hoisted and in good condition (no tears or fading)
2. Positioned correctly and at the right height
3. Flagpole and ropes are secure and functional
4. Flag is lowered and folded properly after the ceremony
B. Sound System Check
1. Microphones and speakers are functioning properly
2. Volume levels are appropriate and clear
3. National anthem and hymns play without issues
4. Sound technician is present and ready
C. Role Assignments
1. Assigned individuals are present and prepared
2. Each role (e.g., flag raisers, anthem leader, emcee) is clearly defined
3. Participants are briefed on their responsibilities
4. Smooth execution of assigned roles during the ceremony
