Human resources planning is a process that
identifies current and future human resources needs
for an organization to achieve its goal. Human
resources planning should serve as a link between
human resources management and the overall
strategic plan of an organization.

8. Introduction
RBB is a fully government owned and largest commercial bank
in Nepal.
RBB was established in January,23 1966(magh 10,2020 BS) under
the RBB act. Now the bank is running under the bank and
financial institution act 2063.
RBB provides various banking services to a wide range of
customers they include elite to poor individuals, institutional
customers, and the customers from industry / business
communities.
RBB has Nepal's most extensive banking network with over 136
branches.
9. Objectives of the bank
RBB's main objectives are to provide banking services
throughout Nepal and contribute in the socio economic
development of the country.
The bank’s major activities include accepting deposits, lending
to productive sectors and small and medium
enterprises, investment in government securities, dealing with
foreign currency, processing domestic and foreign
remittances, merchant banking & correspondent banking
services etc.
