 Circadian Rhythms – is a 24 hour period in your body, where you will feel the natural urges to sleep, eat,
rest, and work.
 When your Circadian Rhythm is disturbed, you may feel : tired, hungry, or restless at different times of

Dehydration occurs when the amount of water in the body falls below normal, which can disrupt the balance
of sugars and salts (electrolytes).

Sleeping
Lack of sleep my lead to microsleeps—a brief episode of sleep which can last anywhere from a fraction of a second up to 30
seconds. During a microsleep, you are temporarily unconscious.
If lack of sleep continues, the body builds a “sleep debt” for every hour of lost sleep. Getting extra sleep can reduce the debt, but if
sleep deprivation becomes long term, it may not be possible to reverse the effects.

  • #2 Fatigue is generally considered to be a decline in mental and/or physical performance that results from prolonged exertion, sleep loss and/or disruption of the internal clock. It is also related to workload, in that workers are more easily fatigued if their work is machine-paced, complex or monotonous. Fatigue results in: slower reactions reduced ability to process information memory lapses absent-mindedness decreased awareness lack of attention underestimation of risk reduced coordination and the list goes on

  • #4 Notre corps, y compris notre cerveau, fonctionne selon une horloge biologique interne qui respecte le cycle du jour et de la nuit, connu sous le nom de « rythme circadien ».
