Miss Pike visited 3/4C and observed lessons on various topics. The students read poems about the wind and sea, learned about tools used by Aboriginal Australians, discussed rubbish-free lunches and problem solving, studied positions on maps, and carbohydrates as a form of energy. They also viewed videos about household appliances from the pre-1950s and technology surveys. The class participated in art projects using oil pastels and learned about the Waninga Aboriginal artwork. Miss Pike thanked the class for her visit.
