One or both partners are able to

and in some cases they are referred
by their own solicitor.

8. How Does it Work?
• First, there is an obligation-free introductory meeting, alone or
together. This is a general discussion to meet the mediator
about the nature of your potential course.
• During the process, there are a number of sessions with the
mediator to help you reach an agreement.
• When solutions have been reached, we offer a draft mediation
summary.
• We encourage each party to also consult with their own
solicitor at any time.
