With this letter i would like to formally recognize Cafer Ozcan Coskun hard work
and dedication during his tenure at the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks.
_ Cafer held various positions in the Food and Severage department during the
last twelve months. Cafer worked as Dinning Room Server, Lounge Server, In
Room Dinning Server, and Barıquet Server. Cafer exceeded the hotel
management expectations in each area that he was part of. Cafer did a
wonderful job showing a lot of initiative, responsibility, interest, hard work,
responsability and desire to take care of all our guests as well as fellow team
members.
i am proud to say that Cafer was an asset to this organization, he has excellent
verbal communication skills, extremely organized, can work independently and is
able to follow through to ensure that guest are always taken care of. Through out
the last twelve months Cafer had the desire to always learn more, keeping a
fantastic attitude regardless of the situation, and always willing to offer his
assistance to supervisors, guests and colleagues.
