Boundary Walls ✔
 The entire boundary wall of west side is in a
very weak position, wall went down deep.
 Trees covering the view of the west side
boundaries. Identified walls need to be
reconstructed and a watchtower is necessary.
Barbed Wire ✔
There is no “Barbed wire” on the entire perimeter

Lights
✔
There are not enough lights on the perimeter
fencing, especially on the west side. I suggest
moving flood lights on the west and north side.
Watchtower ✔
There is no watchtower. Wide areas like this factory
needs watch tower. I suggest 2 watchtowers, One
is near the west gate behind the trees and
another in the north-east corner with 360 degree
moving flood light.

on the perimeter fencing. Camera is very helpful
for monitoring.
3.4 Security Environment
Shed ✔
There is only one shed in the north-west corner
behind the factory. A couple of plastic sheds near
the other gates will be helpful, preventing from
the heat and rain.
Weather N/A
Harsh weather, very hot and there is only one fan in
the main gate reception. Should add fans in sheds,
too. It will help improve the performance.
Difficulties ✔
Trees on the west side. There should be a
watchtower behind the trees.

5. Evaluation
Interviewing the Administrative officer, Mr. Abdul Mumin Khan, we found that the hired
guards are
 The management doesn’t have any objection about the security but as the
company is going to step in to Human pharmacy products they need more
trained and advanced service.
 The factory needs lady guard/checker also, which we have, but the existing
company don’t.
 Identification should more strong and specific.
Overall, the commanding personnel, himself didn’t seem strong enough to command
the others or even aware about his duties at all.
