Ezu Lake is located near Kumamoto Zoo in Kumamoto, Japan. It is 2.5km long and 6km around, containing 400,000 tons of water. Ezu Lake was designated an Important Wetland by the Ministry of the Environment due to its unique ecosystem formed by the over 600 types of plants and animals that live there.

2. ☆ Location☆ Ezu Lake is located in the south of Kumamoto. There is Kumamoto Zoo next to Ezu Lake.

3. ☆ Features☆ It is 2.5 kilometers long in length and 6 kilometers around in grith. 400000 tons of water gush out in there. This lake was elected "Importance a bog " from the ministry of the environment.

4. ☆ Animals☆ Many types of plants and animals live in there and an unique ecological system is formed. 600 types of plants and animals were confirmed.
