This document discusses how believers are called to be "living stones" in God's spiritual house. It says we are being built up by the Holy Spirit to be a holy priesthood offering spiritual sacrifices to God through Jesus Christ. As priests of God, we have been given authority through Christ to exercise God's authority and share responsibility with Him. The document encourages readers to use the authority and leadership God has given and to be equipped for their role as authoritative yet humble priests of God.

Candy Canes are everywhere. They are used as decorations on Christmas trees and are one of the most popular of all Christmas treats. I have heard several stories about the history and meaning of the candy cane. I don't know if they are true, but I do think that the candy cane can teach us a few things about the true meaning of Christmas. And while we are at it, I've added a lot of Christmas Party game ideas you can play with Candy Canes as well.

2. “Asyou come to Him, the Living
Stone- rejected by men but
chosen by God and precious to
Him- you also, like living
stones, are being built into a
spiritual house to be a holy
priesthood, offering spiritual
sacrifices are acceptable to God
through Jesus Christ.”
3. Heavenly Father, We glorify You, we Honor You, we exalt You
to the most high. Here Lord, in Your feet, we ask for your
forgiveness of all the pasts sins, and sins to commit more in
the future. We know you hold us firmly that You have already
forgiven all our transgressions, mistakes and wrong decisions
in life. We ask you to bathe us with Your Blood, the only thing
that could make us clean again and turn into You once more.
Lord Jesus, I pray that You will sincerely touch Your people in
this little devotion, feeding our selves with Your
spirit, making us know You more. Lord grant us Your
heavenly wisdom, understanding, and knowledge according
to Your Holy Word. Make us apply this in our daily living. In
the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, AMEN.
4. “As you come to Him, the Living
Stone- rejected by men but chosen by
God and precious to Him- you
also, like living stones, are being built
into a spiritual house to be a holy
priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices
are acceptable to God through Jesus
Christ.”
5. We are called the living stones, just us our Jesus is
our LIVING STONE.
Life with God is a life in which one is never alone.
We have a “with relationship to God, in which we
are forever rid of isolation and loneliness.
Even when we are rejected by people because of
being a Christian, He has promises to us the we
could always cling to.
6. We are being built into a spiritual house
to be a holy priesthood, offering
spiritual sacrifices to God through Jesus
Christ.
Spiritual house- we are the temple of the Holy
Spirit, so we could represent this spiritual house as
our ownselves, being guided by the Holy Spirit.
Holy Priesthood- in my point of view, this is our
straight life as a Christian, meaning, being Holy and
righteous, just as our Father in heaven is Holy and
righteous- until we see His coming again.
7. We are being built by the Holy Spirit in us, to
be Christlike, and staying holy, righteous,
faithful to God until the Judgment Day, until
we see His face.
WE ARE HIS PRECIOUS PRIESTS, LIVING AND
STRIVING FOR HOLY PRIESTHOOD!
8. “You shall be for me, a priestly kingdom and
a holy nation.” (Exodus 19:6)
We are the chosen generation of God, of
whom He separated us from the world to
serve Him, glorify Him, and be a testimony to
other who are still baby Christians and
unbelievers.
(World- represents the sinners life, the
wrongdoings that are ruled by Satan.)
9. “To Him who loves us and freed us from our
sins by His blood, and made us to be a
Kingdom, a priestly kingdom, priest serving
his God and Father, To Him be the glory and
dominion forever and ever” (Revelations 1:5-
6)
10. CONCLUSION
God calls us to a direct relationship
with Him, a fully self-conscious,
personal relationship with Him (as
priests) in which we share the
responsibility with Him, in the exercise
of His Authority (as kings).
11. AUTHORITY. We have it through Jesus Christ
because God made us His priests.
RESPONSIBILITY. We should exercise this
authority/leadership God has given us.
We are heads, and not the tails. We are all
born leaders.
12. How do you respond to the idea that part of
our life with God involves sharIng
responsibility with God in exercising
authority?
What do you need to do to become equipped
for such a role?
13. Let us be an
AUTHORITATIVE, RESPONSIBLE, HUMBLE
PRIESTS OF GOD!
Let us use the authority God has given us.
“I have given you authority to trample on and
to overcome; and nothing will harm you.”
Luke 11:19 (reconstructed)
14. Lord Jesus, thank You so much for
everything. For everything I have learned and
will learn from Your word. Capture it with
Your Spirit and Blood, here in your temple.
Make me live all of my days glorifying You
and no other than You. We give you back all
the praises, glory, honor and dominion In
Jesus’ mighty Name, AMEN! Hallelujah!
15. TO GOD BE THE ENORMOUS, PINNACLE
GLORY FOREVER AND EVER!
GOD
BLESS
YOU!
