Alquiland Company rents flats and needs an Excel tool to generate receipts for tenants. The tool must include the tenant's name, rental date, monthly payment amount, payment method, tenant ID, and flat address. Flat prices start at 400 euros but increase depending on category - 10% for A, 25% for B, 40% for C. Tenants receiving discounts for over 2 or 4 years of residency get 5% or 10% off respectively. The tool will use data from tables with tenant and flat information to generate the customized receipts.

Alquiland Company is dedicated to flat renting. You must create an Excel
workbook to help them to manage the information about their flats and about their
customers, Exactly, you must create a tool to generate the receipts for the
tenants.
All flats have got a base Price of 400 Euros, But depending of the category of the
flat, this Price wil be increased in 10%. If the flat belongs to A category, in 25% if
it belongs to B category and it will be increased in 40% if it belongs to C category.
There is also a system of bonuses for those tenants who have been in the same
flat for more than two years, in which case it is 5%, if the tenants are in the flat
for more than four years, the discount is 10%.
The data that must appear in the receipt are: the name of the tenant, the date
on which the flat was rented, the price of the monthly payment, the payment
mode, the tenant DNI, and the address of the flat.
