1. Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP)
I volunteered to help eligible individuals who have low income and a
simple tax situation. I was trained through a network of CVITP
coordinators from the CRA about how to use E-file tax software. It
was my pleasure to meet many people, and I have used my
knowledge into reality.

2. Being a teacher in Sunday school.
I volunteer to teach grade 3 students in Milal Presbyterian Church. Every
week I prepare what and how to teach efficiently with different kinds of
activities. I have a responsibility to them for one year. I could feel that
every one is unique and special.

3. Mission trip to Paraguay
I joined a mission trip to Paraguay two times. There was been an eve
nt called, ”Arriba Ninos”. I involved in assisting with fundraising and
helping to design the stage. We have went door to door to invite pe
ople and distributed and displaying posters. It was a chance to see gl
obally and learn Spanish. Finally we gathered at one place with 10 th
ousand kids.

4. Came to Canada
I came to Canada with my sister, who is still my best friend. We
experienced what we would not if we were with parents. We had to
deal with older people if we rent a place. We had to prepared our own
meals. Even though it was not easy, we through this could have precious
time in our life that keeps going. I hope that our eyes to open for those
people who needs help like we did, and be able to help them anytime.

5. Enjoying an ice fishing
I go fishing for my break time with friends. In summer, friends and I
rent a boat to get on the middle of the lake. In winter, we break the
ice and start fishing in a tent. It is excellent time to relax and enjoy
the scenery. I learn patience and how to deal with my stress. I can
not forget the first time I got a fishing license.
