This document contains survey results from students in two sections of a math course for elementary teachers at Purdue University. Section 001 had 15 responses and Section 002 had 9 responses. The survey included questions about demographics, ratings of the course and instructor, and open-ended questions for comments. For Section 001, students mostly agreed that the textbook and instructor were clear. For improvements, some suggested providing more practice examples. For Section 002, no significant issues or recommendations were noted.
