Page 12Ethical issues on medical tourism: Asiser perspective      A way to assure the ethics of the medical tourism is through creating a transparent  and equal healthcare system, where the foreign patients are both protected and responsible, where the medical tourism facilitator represents the hospital providers but does not prescribe the treatments as in a “health mall”, where the hospitals follow standards and regulations and strive for excellence not only during the treatment, but also become involved in the post surgical process, and where the government guarantees the health assistance for its citizens and it is responsible for investing in its proper health care system.
