Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials into new products
of better quality or for better environmental value.
A huge differentiating factor that sets ERS International apart is our
capability of upcycling e-waste materials into innovative products. Post-
processed e-waste materials such as mixed plastics and glass would
otherwise be discarded and dumped in landfills.
We have made significant headway and scientific breakthroughs in
this untapped upcycling field. Going beyond the scope of e-waste,
our research & development department(s) have discovered how to
conjunctionally reuse waste materials from other industries as well -
primarily natural stone waste.
Using our proprietary upcycling process, we’ve engineered and created
products unlike the world has seen. From our mixed plastics extrusion
process producing plastic lumber furniture, to our glass and natural stone
fusing process producing stunning architectural products; we introduce
these innovative products back into the cycle of life further reducing

recalls very seriously. We ensure all electronics
are processed in a secure and confidential
manner. When it comes to hard drives, our
secure shredding process uses industrial hook-
shear shredding physically destroying the hard
drive platters into minimal pieces, assuring no
data remains intact; your intellectual property
will be protected.

Scientists working in our state of the art laboratory
are always searching for solutions when solutions
are needed. Initially, ERS International was
recycling up to 98% of virtually all electronics;
our goal was to go above and beyond that. ERS
International has gone beyond conventional
recycling methods and found solutions for
difficult-to-recycle materials such as mixed plastics
and glass. Upcycling these otherwise discarded
