This document provides steps to retrieve error logs on a computer. The first set of steps are to press the F1 button, type "system log" into the search bar, and open the Event Viewer. An alternative set of steps is to open the Start menu, select Event Viewer, and then view the Event properties. The document concludes by thanking the reader.
