Accelerated Orthodontic Treatment Options
Dr. Hickory was one of
the first American
orthodontists to use
Propel. He also
lectures internationally
on this technique.
Propel was proven in
clinical studies to more than double the rate of
orthodontic tooth movement. Propel works by
making a few micro-punctures in the bone around
teeth that have slow or difficult movements.
We also offer Acceledent, a gentle vibration device
used by the patient for about 5 minutes a day.
Similar to Propel, it stimulates bone remodeling to
increase the speed of orthodontic treatment. It also
helps Invisalign aligners seat more fully, which will
further increase treatment efficiency.
