ERC Profile.
1. EMPOWER RESEARCH CENTRE
We introduce Empower Research centre as development centre of Electronic Instruments under the leader ship of Mr
Dinesh Sharma ,Mr Vinay Nagar and Mr Rajeev Rathi.
Aim of Empower to develop ERC ( Empower Research Centre) in the field of Electronic is not only Development of
Instrument with the help of Microcontrollers and Digital processor but also search of developed mind from different
Engineering colleges/Universities/and from various societies where such minds are ideally sitting and waiting for
opportunity. ERC will develop A centre where such human brains will get opportunity to transform their Mental Energy to
Digital Energy in the form of Application.
At present ERC has developed following projects:
1.Microcontroller card for servo stabilizer with digital display.
We have developed two models of Servo controllers Digital display card. Model -1 suitable for 1KVA to 20KVA in single
phase and 3KVA to 60KVA in three phase while Model-2 suitable for 75KVA to 1000Kva .
Model -1 is completely software based with Auto/Manual facility with digital display of input/output Voltage & current
Model-2 is provided with manualadjustment of Input/Output Voltage ,current, Sensitivity& Temperature. Unit is suitable
from 1KVA to 1000KVA with Password and Auto Manual facility.
Model -1 is quite economical for lower range of servo stabilizer and suitable for Banking as well as Domestic application.
Model -2 is designed for heavy duty machines where setting of voltage current &temperature is required manually to be
set.
2. Static Stabilizer (Thyrestor control)
For domesticApplicationwe have designedstaticstabilizerusingswitchingtransformer tapsby
Thyrestorcontrol circuitwithdigital displayof Input/outputVoltage andCurrent.Instrumentisavailable
inwall mountedaswell asfloormounted
withhigh/lowcutoff andoverloadprotectionwithBypassarrangement

2. 3. Static Stabilizer ( PWM based).
This instrument has been designed for controlling Voltage of High Tech instruments like CNC machines, Robotic ,Medical
Instruments & and Communication system.
Instrument provide on line stabilization by bucking and boosting voltage through microcontroller Inverter Technology.
AT present technology is available from 5KVA to 30KVA in single phase and 15KVA to 100Kva In three phase. with
Numeric digital display of Input/Output Voltage & Current.
Instrument is also provided with High/ low voltage protection with short circuit and over load protection.
4. E-rickshaw charger
Empower hasdevelopedSMPS basedE-rickshawcharger. It ensures easy, fast andoptimum chargingof the e-rickshaw battery
within minimal time. Proper chargingenable the user to get longer back upfromthe e -rickshaw batteryandalso enhances its
useful service life. The SMPS model is light weight and compact.
5. Automatic Voltage Stabilizer ( Relay Type)
Empower hasdevelopedmicroprocessor controlled relaytype Automatic Stabilizer withdigital display. for .5KVA to 5Kva.
Our other projects are SMPS power supply, Medical Instruments and Power Factor correction for On Line UPS. under
development.
