• 1 cancel cheque
• Bank Mandate Form (NACH)

Process for EQUITY SIP Activation
• Investor need to Fill & sing EQUITY SIP Form along with Bank
Mandate (NACH) & submit to JeTrade- Customer Desk.
• After verifying Form & Bank Mandate, Mandate will send to
processing agency for registering the same with customer’s bank for
auto debit EQSUITY SIP installment. (It take 7 working days)
• After successful registration, we will initiate EQUITY SIP installment.
• SMS / eMail will be sending to customer’s registered mobile no.
2days prior to installment due date as reminder for installment.
• EQSUITY SIP installment file will send to processing agency 2 days
prior to installment due date.
• Installment due date will be 2day prior of EQUITY SIP trigger date.
• E.g. if SIP trigger date is 13th of each month then installment will be
debited on 11th & file will be sending to process agency on 9th.
