The document summarizes key differences in salaries, contracts, benefits, and representation between the NBA and WNBA. The WNBA has significantly lower minimum and maximum salaries compared to the NBA. For example, the 2021 WNBA minimum salary was $43,491 compared to the NBA's minimum team salary of 90% of the salary cap. Many WNBA players make more money playing overseas. Additionally, the document notes there is only one female coach in the NBA compared to six male head coaches in the WNBA. It concludes by suggesting having more women in management and coaching roles could lead to greater equality.

This article explains how Sub-Atomic Quantum Electron Energy is created, why it performs Negative Work and how this created energy can now be used to perform Positive Work in electricity generation and electric mobility - when it is Delayed Sufficiently in the Time Domain.
And how this new knowledge will eventually help eliminate 100% of the C02, air pollution and human mortality created during fossil-fuel electricity generation and transportation in 2022 and beyond...

National Basketball Association every players dream destination what do the top players have that make them better than the rest and what do you need to compete on the pro level.
During the "Applied Linear Models" course, me and my colleagues Maria Chiara Tarsi and Cristina Farruku had the opportunity to build a model by choosing a dataset at our discretion.
Anyone knows how passionate I am about sports, and basketball in particular; for this reason we have decided to investigate the famous theme of "Positionless Basketball", a trend that emerged in recent years, especially since the early 2000s.
Therefore, we decided to understand if today the salaries of NBA players are more related to their performances or if their position on the field (point guard, shooting guard, center etc.) still significantly influences the definition of the same contracts.
We created a Generalized Linear Model, starting from a simple Linear Model, carrying out the complete diagnostics of the assumptions up to predict the salaries of the same.
Since NBA rules such as salary caps, trade deadlines, rookie / veteran contracts are neglected in the model, it was difficult to make a correct salary prediction, but it was really fun and motivating to combine the knowledge acquired during the course with the passion for the NBA world.
Below, I attached the presentation that was made at the end of the course, and if anyone is interested to see the R code with which the analysis was carried out, do not hesitate to contact us!
